Key Responsibilities:

• Research seasonal and cultural trends (Spring, Valentine's Day, Fall, Christmas, etc.)

• Create design concepts, sketches, and technical specs for artificial flowers and greenery

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility

• Oversee sample development from concept to final approval

• Explore new materials (PU, 3D Printing, Real Touch, Recycled Materials)

Requirements:

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in floral, home décor, or related product design

• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or similar)

• Passion for the floral and home décor industry
